Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pregnant women, 18-24 weeks of gestation, pathologic uterine flow

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI > 30, multiple gestation, fetal malformations, structural or chromosomal aberrations, preexisting hypertension, renal disease

MeasureTime frame
A reduced heart-rate variability, which is caused by sleep-apnoe is predictive for the later onset of preeclampsia - as determined by polysomnographic measurement

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
reduced heart rate variability in patients who later develop preeclampsia
