Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Performance of an Autologous chondrocyte implantation or of microfracturing because of cartilage damage, informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: alcohol or drug abuse, mental retardation with incapability to complete the necessary self-reports, infection
