Group 1: Intubation through i-gel-lm without BURP, then, if nessecary with BURP. Group 2: Intubation through i-gel-lm with BURP, then, if nessecary without BURP.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults, Informt consent, ASA I-III, surgery in supine position

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: pregnancy, rapid-sequence-induction indicated, expected difficult airway, i-gel-lm or tube interfere with surgeon's needs
