Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: in general: - > 27. weeks - major subject control group: - fetal estimaled weight between 10 - 90. percentile for gestational age (GA) IUGR Gruppe: - fetal estimaled weight < 10. percentile for GA - verified after birth - weight at birth <10. percentile for GA or - pathological ponderal index

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -ambiguous getational age - fetus with chromosomal abnormalities, viral infection, congenital defects - mothers with metalic or magnetic implants - intrapartal hypoxia: - cord gas pH <7,0 (umbilical arterie) or 5-minute Apgar-Score < 5
