Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: unspecific permanent or periodic pain of at least one shoulder within last 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurologic indication, prolaps of at least one intevertebral disc, injury of the shoulder due to accident, indication after surgery, rupture of rotator cuff

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Measure of functional pain condition using Constant-Score for intervention-groups before, half through (6 weeks) and after intervention (12 weeks). Measure of active angle-replication-capability using kinematic test (Zebris) for intervention-groups before and after intervention, for healthy control group only one-time.

there was no difference in pain or functional improvement regarding the training device, elastic band or elastic foil
