Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: less than 10 antagonist tooth pairs, enossal implant care planned, self-employed ingestion possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients - addicted to medication, alcohol and/ or drugs - suffering from malignant tumors - suffering from infectious diseases (HIV, hepatitis A, B, C) - being parenteral nourished or needing help for nutrition - being irradiated (currently or during the last 5 years) - being pregnant or breastfeeding - not willing or unable to give their consent to the study.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Determination of nutritional parameters (based on questionnaires and blood levels) before, 6 and 12 months after provision with implant-carried dentures.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Additionally a nutrition consultation will be accomplished 6 months after provision.
