Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diagnostic criteria for mixed disorders of conduct and emotions (F92, ICD-10), based on - Structured clinical interview for DSM-disorders (SCID-I/II, German Version, Wittchen et al. 1997) - Diagnostik-System für psychische Störungen im Kindes- und Jugendalter nach ICD-10 und DSM-IV (DISYPS-KJ, Döpfner & Lehmkuhl 2000), done by a skilled rater

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - relevant pre- and perinatal stress (Questionnaire for perinatal stress, Laucht 2002) - below-average intellectual abilities (IQ<80/85 HAWIE-R) - Schizophrenia, schizotypal and delusional disorders (F2, ICD-10) - current psychoactive substance use - marked antisocial development

Primary value of outcome is not-fulfilling the diagnostic criteria for mixed disorders of conduct and emotions after treatment. For that purpose standardized instruments are used (SCID-I/II, Disyps-KJ). To quantify the efficacy of treatment success rates in percentage (treatment group vs. wait list control group) will be compared.	—

Secondary values of outcome are: - Symptom Checkliste 90-R (Franke 2002, SCL-90-R) - Inventar zur Erfassung der Lebensqualität bei Kindern und Jugendlichen (ILK; Mattejat & Remschmidt) - Inventar interpersoneller Probleme (IIP) - Borderline Persönlichkeitsinventar (BPI) - Self-reflective-functioning-scale - Beeinträchtigungsschwerescore für Kinder und Jugendliche (BSS-K) Instruments for therapy process: - Stationserfahrungsbogen (SEB; Sammet & Schauenburg 1999) Trauma questionnaires: - Childhood Trauma Questionnaire (Bernstein & Fink 1998, CTQ; deutsche Version von Driessen et al. 2000) - Impact of event scale (Maercker & Schützwohl 1998) For psychodynamic diagnostics the subscales 'Structure' and 'Experience of illness and prerequisities for treatment' of Operationalized Psychodynamic Diagnostics for Children and Adolescents (OPD-KJ) are used. Moreover, a detailed psychodynamic anamnesis plus several cognitive (HAWIE-R, d2 etc.) and sensomotoric tests are routine parts of diagnostics.	—
