Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Myocardial infaction, isolated bypass, > 5 days unsatturated fatty acids, sinus rhythm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: emergency, participation in further studies (within 30d), expanded OP

combined: cardial death or mycardial infaction or new revascularisation in between 24 months
