Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly migrants (over 45 years) from Turkey, Spain and Italy as well as ethnic German emigrants from the states of the former Soviet Union

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons which do not belong to one of the target groups or which are jounger than 44 years
