Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Hemorrhagic Anterior Cranial Fossa Dural Arteriovenous Fistula Group: (1) Confirmed by DSA as anterior cranial fossa dural arteriovenous fistula (with feeding arteries originating from the ethmoidal artery, ophthalmic artery branches, etc.); (2) Clinical presentation with intracranial hemorrhage as the initial symptom (subarachnoid hemorrhage, intracerebral hemorrhage, or subdural hemorrhage); (3) Unenhanced cranial CT performed within 72 hours after hemorrhage; (4) DSA completed within 2 weeks after CT examination; (5) Complete clinical and imaging data. 2.Spontaneous Frontal Lobe Intracerebral Hemorrhage Group: (1) Acute spontaneous frontal lobe intracerebral hemorrhage (parenchymal hemorrhage, subarachnoid hemorrhage, or both); (2) Hemorrhage located in the frontal lobe or the anterior interhemispheric fissure region; (3) No definite history of craniocerebral trauma; (4) Anterior cranial fossa dural arteriovenous fistula excluded by CTA or DSA; (5) CTA or DSA completed within 2 weeks after unenhanced CT examination; (6) Complete clinical and imaging data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with hemorrhagic anterior cranial fossa dural arteriovenous fistula: (1) Non-hemorrhagic anterior cranial fossa dural arteriovenous fistula; (2) Combined with other cerebrovascular lesions such as cerebral aneurysm and brain arteriovenous malformation (bAVM); (3) CT image quality does not meet the diagnostic requirements; (4) Previous history of craniocerebral surgery or trauma; (5) Inability to obtain the original DSA imaging data. 2.Spontaneous Frontal Lobe Intracerebral Hemorrhage Patient Group: (1) Traumatic intracerebral hemorrhage; (2) Combined with other known cerebrovascular malformations such as cerebral aneurysm and brain arteriovenous malformation (bAVM); (3) Hemorrhage located exclusively in non-frontal lobe regions (e.g., isolated basal ganglia, thalamic, or cerebellar hemorrhage); (4) CT image quality does not meet the diagnostic requirements; (5) Previous history of craniocerebral surgery; (6) CTA/DSA reveals any vascular abnormality, or dural arteriovenous fistula is confirmed during follow-up.
