Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Preoperatively confirmed as oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) by pathological biopsy and scheduled for surgical resection. 2.Aged >= 18 years old, with no restriction on gender. 3.No severe organic diseases of the heart, liver, kidney, hematological system or other vital organs. 4.No severe intraoral infection, ulceration or foreign bodies. 5.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other malignant tumors or metastatic tumors; 2.Previous history of oral surgery, or prior anti-tumor treatments such as radiotherapy, chemotherapy and immunotherapy; 3.Refusal to sign the informed consent form.
