18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meeting the diagnostic criteria for depression as defined in the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11); 2.Having a junior high school education or above; 3.Aged 18–60 years,With self-awareness; 4.Both the patient and their family members voluntarily participate;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with severe physical diseases; 2.Depression with psychotic symptoms or other severe mental disorders; 3.Intellectual disabilities; 4.Those who withdraw midway or are unable to cooperate due to special reasons;
