Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age < 18 years; 2.No gender restriction; 3.Undergoing a first (primary) liver transplantation; 4.Willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of severe coagulation disorders, active infection, or sepsis before surgery; 2.Preoperative abnormal body temperature (>37.5°C or <36.0°C); 3.Presence of severe central nervous system diseases affecting thermoregulation before surgery; 4.Undergoing multi-organ combined transplantation; 5.Intraoperative death or death within 24 hours after surgery;
