Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have improved after active treatment for acute decompensation events and are discharged from hospital. 2.Patients with chronic liver cirrhosis caused by various etiologies. 3.Diagnosis criteria for acute decompensation: at least one of the following five symptoms newly appearing within one month: (1) Gastrointestinal bleeding, including hematemesis or melena; (2) Hepatic encephalopathy; (3) Ascites >= 50 mm; (4) Total bilirubin (TB) > 85 µmol/L; (5) Documented infection with a clear focus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age 80 years. 2.Pregnant or lactating women. 3.Diagnosis of liver cancer or other malignant tumors. 4.Episode of acute myocardial infarction or cerebral infarction within the past 3 months. 5.Grade 4 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) (severe dyspnea that prevents leaving home or occurs during dressing/undressing). 6.Cardiac function = grade 3 (heart disease with symptoms occurring during minimal activity). 7.Severe complications of diabetes mellitus (diabetic ketoacidosis, stage 5 diabetic kidney disease). 8.End-stage chronic kidney disease. 9.Receipt of immunosuppressive therapy for non-hepatic reasons. 10.Progression to acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF) during hospitalization.
