18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18–80 years;2.Diagnosed with chronic coronary syndrome or stable CAD;3.Presence of atherosclerotic lesions confirmed by coronary CTA or coronary angiography;4.Baseline blood sample collection and relevant assessments can be completed within 24 hours of admission;5.The patient or their legal representative signs the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Acute infection, severe trauma, active malignancy, or autoimmune disease;2.Recent use of potent anticoagulants preventing reliable coagulation assessment;3.Severe hepatic or renal dysfunction, or contraindication to SGLT2 inhibitors;4.Pregnant or breastfeeding women;5.Recent major bleeding events.6.Severely incomplete clinical data or inability to complete follow-up.
