Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Golf-specialized students from the School of Leisure and Digital Sports, Guangzhou Sport University, aged over 18 years, with no restriction on gender; 2.Total score of the Five Facet Mindfulness Questionnaire (FFMQ) <=120; 3.Physically healthy, with no heart disease, hypertension, color blindness, or other diseases, and no history of psychiatric disorders; 4.Not participating in any other mindfulness training, cognitive enhancement courses, or intensive psychological interventions during the experimental period; 5.Voluntarily signing the informed consent form and committing to comply with the intervention and testing requirements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of cognitive impairment, peripheral or neurological damage, stroke or transient ischemic attack, epilepsy, regular migraines, or other neurological disorders; 2.A history of craniocerebral trauma, or metal objects implanted in the body, such as pacemakers or stents; 3.Heart disease and bone or joint diseases, or a history of major surgery; 4.Color blindness, or uncorrected vision that prevents normal completion of the tests; 5.Any condition unsuitable for exercise or cognitive testing.
