Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged >=65 years;First diagnosed with AMD between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2025, and aged >=65 years at the time of diagnosis (corresponding to the key subgroup identified by NHANES);Has available latest test records of albumin and bilirubin collected within 3 to 5 years (2019–2022) before diagnosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.No records of albumin or bilirubin testing; 2.Presence of acute infection accompanied by fever (body temperature > 38?); 3.Occurrence of an acute cardiovascular event within 2 weeks; 4.Experience of severe trauma or surgery within 1 month; 5.Preexisting conditions including acute hepatitis, biliary obstruction, tumors, and other diseases that may affect nutritional status and liver function.
