Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18 years; 2.Planned elective first-time single-chamber or dual-chamber permanent pacemaker implantation; 3.Voluntarily participate in this study and sign the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of ipsilateral thoracic or cervical surgery that may affect neural anatomy or block efficacy; 2.Infection at the block puncture site; 3.Pregnancy, lactation, or inability to sign informed consent that may affect neural anatomy or block efficacy; 4.Allergy to local anesthetics (e.g., bupivacaine, ropivacaine, lidocaine); 5.History of alcohol or substance abuse; 6.Undergoing treatment for psychiatric disorders, or having cognitive impairment that prevents cooperation or pain expression; 7.Presence of coagulation dysfunction;
