Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18–70 years. 2. Subjects in the study group and control group meet the specific diagnostic criteria for their respective groups: (1)Normal control group / low myopia group: +0.5 D > spherical equivalent > -3.0 D, and healthy adults without other ocular diseases; (2)Moderate myopia group: -3.0 D >= spherical equivalent > -6.0 D; (3)High myopia group: Patients diagnosed with high myopia (spherical equivalent 26.00 mm). 3. Intraocular pressure <=21 mmHg. 4. No other severe ocular diseases (e.g., cataract, keratopathy, retinopathy, etc.). 5. Good language ability and willingness to cooperate, and able to comply with the experimental procedures.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Any history of ocular surgery; 2.Pregnant or lactating women; 3.Patients with systemic diseases that affect the structure or blood flow of the eyes (such as diabetes, hypertension, etc.); 4.Patients for whom reliable data cannot be obtained during the AO-SLO or OCTA imaging process;
