Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cross-sectional study: 1. Age >= 60, living in the community; 2. Able to carry out basic communication and have basic understanding to complete scale assessments; 3. Able to walk independently without assistive devices and cooperate with the tests related to this study; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation. Interventional study: 1. Age >= 60 years old; 2. Currently residing in the community; 3. Meeting one or more criteria of the Fried frailty phenotype; 4. Possessing and being able to independently use a smartphone; 5. Able to walk independently without assistive devices; 6. Possessing normal verbal expression and comprehension abilities (able to speak Mandarin).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cross-sectional study: 1. Critically ill or advanced-stage cancer with a limited life expectancy (= 30 minutes or weekly >= 150 minutes within the past 3 months; 6. Inability to exercise or other conditions likely to interfere with exercise.
