Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 to 65 years with ASA physical status ?–? who underwent elective thyroidectomy (including partial, subtotal and total thyroidectomy) under general anesthesia, volunteered to participate, and were accessible for postoperative follow-up and assessment;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with uncontrolled severe underlying diseases; 2.patients with a history of PONV or motion sickness, or preoperative nausea and vomiting; 3.patients allergic to study drugs or their excipients; 4.patients receiving glucocorticoids, 5-HT3 receptor antagonists, NK-1 receptor antagonists, anticholinergics, antihistamines or other known antiemetic medications within one week before surgery; 5.pregnant or lactating women; 6.patients with poor compliance unable to complete follow-up; 7.and other conditions deemed ineligible by researchers.
