Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients confirmed with mandibular impacted teeth by oral Xray examination; 2. Patients meeting the indications for minimally invasive tooth extraction, with all operations performed by senior physicians; 3. Patients undergoing extraction of a single mandibular impacted tooth; 4. Aged 1860 years, with clear consciousness, normal communication ability, and capable of independently completing scale assessments; 5. Good subject compliance and complete clinical data; 6. Informed consent obtained from the subjects.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients complicated with temporomandibular joint disorders; 2. Patients with uncontrolled acute pyogenic oral infection; 3. Patients with a history of cognitive impairment or mental illness who are unable to cooperate with the assessment; 4. Patients with coagulation dysfunction; 5. Patients complicated with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic or renal dysfunction; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
