Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Ages 18-90; gender not restricted; 2.A diagnosis of cervical spondylosis (radiculopathic or myelopathic) or lumbar spondylosis has been confirmed based on clinical symptoms, physical findings, and imaging studies (X-ray, CT, MRI). 3.Since conservative treatment has been ineffective and there are clear indications for surgery, the patient is scheduled to undergo anterolateral cervical discectomy and fusion, posterior lumbar discectomy, or dual-channel/single-channel endoscopically assisted discectomy (UBE or UEPCD). 4.Complete preoperative 3.0T MRI images (including T1 and T2 sequences); 5.The patient or a family member signs the informed consent form;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There is an infection in the target intervertebral disc and adjacent vertebrae, and the target disc has a history of surgery. 2.Tumors, tuberculosis, and infectious diseases such as hepatitis B and syphilis; 3.Concomitant severe systemic diseases (such as ankylosing spondylitis, rheumatoid arthritis, and severe osteoporosis); 4.Patients with severe combined heart, brain, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction who cannot tolerate surgery; 5.Patients with poor MRI image quality (e.g., metallic artifacts) that precludes imageomics analysis;
