Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 years or older; 2.Standardized residency trainees in critical care medicine, postgraduate students majoring in critical care medicine, or newly employed young physicians; 3.Receiving critical care–related training or clinical education at participating study centers; 4.Able to understand the study procedures and voluntarily provide written informed consent; 5.Able to complete study procedures, including questionnaires, competency assessments, follow-up evaluations, and noninvasive EEG-based sleep monitoring.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Haven't signed the informed consent form; 2. Have serious skin conditions, skin injuries, or allergies to the device materials, making it impossible to complete non-invasive EEG sleep monitoring; 3. Have serious psychiatric, neurological, or physical illnesses that, in the researcher's opinion, may affect study completion or increase participant risk; 4. Are pregnant; 5. Have drug dependence or other situations that the researcher thinks make them unsuitable for this study.
