Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. During May 2021, patients aged 18-80 years were admitted to the Department of Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University. 2. The clinical diagnosis was pulmonary infectious diseases. 3. The clinical medical record information includes the results of sputum culture and smear. 4. Samples that are of qualified quality and have sample collection records and laboratory test records.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Has used antibiotics 3. Those with non-standard sputum collection procedures, unqualified samples, and insufficient volume
