Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. People aged 50 and above; 2. Lesions such as hemorrhage, exudation and drusen appear in the macular area on fundus photography; 3. Proliferative choroidal neovascularization, inter-retinal or sub-retinal fluid accumulation are observed on OCT, and fluorescence leakage and CNV vascular morphology can be seen on FFA and ICGA; 4. All the enrolled patients had never received intravitreal injection therapy before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any history of macular pathology unrelated to nAMD; 2. The equivalent spherical refractive error exceeds 6 diopters of myopia; 3. Any previous intraocular surgery has been performed (such as pars plana vitrectomy of the ciliary body, glaucoma surgery, corneal transplantation or radiotherapy), etc.; 4. The included eye has a history of idiopathic or autoimmune-related uveitis.
