Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 years or older; 2.Clinically diagnosed with urothelial carcinoma requiring surgery; 3.Clinical stage T1-2N0M0; 4.No residual disease evidence on postoperative imaging; 5.Patient signed informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with other active malignancies or severe complications; 2.Patients with distant metastasis; 3.Insufficient tumor tissue for MRD testing; 4.Patients undergoing total cystectomy;
