45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Males aged between 45 and 80 years with clinically suspected prostate cancer; 2.Those who underwent prostate magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) at Peking Union Medical College Hospital; 3.Those who underwent prostate ultrasonography at Peking Union Medical College Hospital; 4.Those who underwent prostate-targeted biopsy with or without systematic biopsy at Peking Union Medical College Hospital;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.A history of pelvic radiotherapy; 2.A history of transuretheral surgery; 3.Use of novel endocrine drugs or antineoplastic drugs within the past 3 months; 4.Previous diagnosis of prostate cancer; 5.Incomplete imaging or clinical data;
