Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The parturient women who underwent cesarean section in our hospital and their newborns; 2. The newborns are full-term single babies with stable conditions at birth; 3. The parturient women and their family members have given informed consent and are voluntarily participating in this study; 4. The family members have the basic conditions to participate in the skin-to-skin contact with the newborns.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Newborns with severe asphyxia or those requiring immediate transfer to the neonatal intensive care unit; 2. Newborns with severe congenital malformations or those requiring special treatment; 3. Postpartum mothers with unstable conditions or those having severe complications; 4. Family members who are unable to cooperate in implementing skin-to-skin contact.
