Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Elderly Insomnia Group: (1) Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score = 7; (2) Insomnia symptoms lasting more than 3 months, including difficulty falling asleep, early awakening, and light sleep; (3) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 26 to rule out cognitive impairment; (4) Aged 60 to 85 years old; 2. Healthy Elderly Control Group: (1) No sleep disorders; (2) Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score = 26; (3) Aged 60 to 85 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other sleep disorders, such as sleep-related breathing disorders (sleep apnea syndrome), central sleepiness disorders, circadian rhythm sleep-wake disorders, sleep-related movement disorders, parasomnia; 2. Clear history of neuro-psychiatric diseases, such as cerebral infarction, brain trauma, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, anxiety disorder, etc.; 3. History of alcohol or drug abuse; 4. Patients with severe organic diseases of the heart, liver, lungs, etc., severe neuro-psychiatric diseases or intellectual disability; 5. Presence of contraindications for low-channel electroencephalogram examination (severe dermatitis on the head)
