Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. ICU admission time >= 14 days; 3. Patients who have been followed up for >= 28 days since their ICU admission; 4. The sepsis-related organ dysfunction score (SOFA) on the 14th day of admission to the department >= 2 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Age > 75 years 2.Pregnant women 3.No repeated measurement of telomere length performed 4.Patients receiving immunotherapy 5.Patients with immune disorders such as malignant tumors and severe autoimmune diseases
