Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 40 years, both genders; 2. Diagnosis the revised 1995 ACR criteria for knee osteoarthritis; 3. Kellgren-Lawrence (K-L) radiographic grade I–IV; 4. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome type clearly defined according to the Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis (2024 Edition); 5. Clinical data (including demographics, imaging, treatment plans, costs, and follow-up outcomes) essentially complete.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent other inflammatory arthropathies (e.g., rheumatoid arthritis, gouty arthritis, psoriatic arthritis); 2. Knee joint infection, tuberculosis, tumor, or acute trauma; 3. Severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency (ASA grade >= IV); 4. Concurrent participation in other interventional clinical trials; 5. Psychiatric or cognitive disorders that preclude compliance with follow-up.
