45 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. First ever stroke; 2. Disease duration <3 months; 3. NIHSS score 5-20 points; 4. Between the ages of 45 and 80; 5. With the ability of sitting alone; 6. With respiratory muscle weakness, defined as maximum inspiratory pressure (MIP) and/or maximum expiratory pressure (MEP) <50% of the predicted value; 7. Without severe cognitive impairment, and can cooperate with rehabilitation treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having acute lung infection or other serious lung diseases; 2. Have experienced acute or chronic heart failure, unstable angina, or been diagnosed with myocardial infarction within the past 3 months; 3. Suffering from malignant tumors or severe liver and kidney diseases; 4. Brain stem infarction or bleeding; 5. Merge other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's disease, involuntary movement, etc.; 6. Severe bone and joint diseases that affect normal walking function; 7. Severe facial paralysis affecting normal lip closure; 8. With tracheostomy; 9. Unwillingness to participate.
