Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18–45 years. 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for myopia (SE <= -0.50 D). 3. Classified as having low, moderate, or high myopia according to SE. 4. Stable refractive status, defined as a change of <=0.50 D within the past year. 5. Absolute value of astigmatism (cylinder) <=1.50 D. 6. Binocular anisometropia <1.50 D, calculated as the interocular difference in spherical equivalent. 7. Scheduled to undergo corneal refractive surgery and having completed a full preoperative examination. 8. Able to cooperate with corneal epithelial thickness measurement and related examinations. 9. Transparent cornea without obvious structural abnormalities. 10. Voluntarily participating in this study and having signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Keratoconus or suspected keratoconus; 1.suspected keratoconus will be determined based on corneal topography or corneal tomography findings; 2.Previous history of corneal refractive surgery or other ocular surgery; 3.Active ocular surface disease, such as obvious dry eye, keratitis, conjunctivitis, etc. 4.Corneal scar, corneal dystrophy, or other corneal abnormalities; 5.Recent contact lens wear, defined as soft contact lens wear within 2 weeks or rigid contact lens/orthokeratology lens wear within 4 weeks; 6.Ocular diseases affecting corneal status, such as glaucoma or uveitis; 7.Systemic diseases that may affect corneal structure, such as diabetes mellitus or autoimmune diseases; 8.Poor-quality OCT images or incomplete data.
