Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult kidney transplant recipients aged 18 or above; 2.Successfully received allogeneic kidney transplantation surgery, with stable graft function at the time of enrollment; 3.Oral immunosuppressant therapy was maintained for a long time after the operation, and the medication regimen was fixed; 4.Proficient in using mobile communication tools (mobile phones/tablets), and capable of cooperating to complete digital follow-up and online assessment; 5.Clear consciousness, capable of understanding the research content and signing the informed consent form; 6.The expected survival period is >=12 months;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.There are severe cognitive impairments and mental illnesses (such as schizophrenia, major depression/anxiety), and they are unable to cooperate in completing research evaluations and interventions. 2.Combined with severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver and lungs, or serious complications such as malignant tumors and active infections; 3.There are uncontrolled clinical problems such as acute rejection and graft dysfunction after transplantation; 4.Illiterate or unable to understand the content of the scale, unable to complete the self-report assessment; 5.Without a fixed contact method, it is expected that the 12-month follow-up cannot be completed; 6.There are contraindications to research intervention measures or refusal to use digital platforms; 7.Female recipients who are pregnant or breastfeeding;
