Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sexually active with explicit plans for future pregnancy; 2.Aged >= 18 years and <40 years at the time of enrollment; 3.Either in the preconception period or in the first trimester of pregnancy, with the intention to continue the current pregnancy; 4.Have provided written informed consent to participate in this study;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with communication difficulties; 2.Subjects with other underlying medical conditions that may preclude their ability to cooperate with and complete the full study protocol;
