Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Consistent with IASP diagnostic criteria for neuropathic pain; 2.Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain score >= 4; 3. Age 18-70 ; 4. Informed consent to cooperate in completing the questionnaire and sample collection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects receiving antibiotics, probiotics or prebiotic preparations within the past 1 month; 2.With a well-documented history of gastrointestinal diseases (inflammatory bowel disease, irritable bowel syndrome, gastrointestinal malignancies, prior gastrointestinal surgery, etc.); 3.Complicated with autoimmune diseases, active infections or malignant tumors; 4.Subjects with regular opioid use for more than 3 months will be identified separately as a subgroup analysis variable. They will not be excluded outright, and statistical adjustment will be implemented accordingly. 5.Pregnant or lactating women; 6.Patients with confirmed severe mental disorders requiring hospitalization;
