18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18–80 years old; 2. ASA I–III; 3. Elective single-port/multi-port thoracoscopic lobectomy, segmentectomy, or wedge resection; 4. Agree to participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh class C, eGFR <30 ml/min/1.73m^2, or on renal replacement therapy); 2. Use of opioids or benzodiazepines for more than 1 week; anticipated difficult airway (Mallampati IV or history of neck radiation) or severe bronchospasm; 3. Known allergy or contraindication to any study medication; 4. Patients with mental illness, long-term use of sedatives or painkillers, or alcohol abuse; 5. Patients who cannot communicate well with the researchers.
