Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with intracerebral hemorrhage diagnosed according to the "Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage (2019)"; 2.Age >= 18 years old; 3.The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) assessment was completed within 24 hours of admission, and the clinical data were complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe liver failure (Child-Pugh C grade) or end-stage kidney disease (eGFR 1.5); 3.Combine active bleeding (such as gastrointestinal bleeding, trauma, etc.); 4.Pregnant or lactating women; 5.Key clinical data are missing (such as no admission images, no blood pressure records, etc.) or there is a predicted loss to follow-up. 6.Aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, moyamoya disease, secondary intracerebral hemorrhage due to tumors or trauma, and subarachnoid hemorrhage;
