Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with hypertension who meet the diagnostic criteria for primary hypertension, divided into the high-altitude group (residence altitude >= 2500 meters, continuous high-altitude residence time >= 1 year, recent relocation to a low-altitude area (altitude = 3 years, no high-altitude travel/residence history in the past 3 months). 2. Patients who voluntarily participate in this research project and are willing to continuously undergo monitoring of blood-related indicators and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for diseases: 1. Secondary hypertension; patients with severe heart or lung failure; patients with severe liver dysfunction, defined as any time with a Child-Pugh liver disease severity grade of 2 or above; patients with severe kidney dysfunction, defined as any time with an estimated eGFR value of less than 30 ml/min and significant proteinuria; autoimmune diseases; patients with malignant tumors; various blood disorders; individuals in various acute or chronic inflammatory states; mental disorders requiring oral medication treatment. 2. Inconsistent altitude of residence, insufficient duration of residence in the plateau/flatland, or interruption of residence in the plateau/flatland due to various reasons such as tourism, work, or illness during the period of residence in the plateau/flatland.
