Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.women aged 18~80 years; 2.having breast cancer diagnoses confirmed through pathology; 3.Scheduled to receive 4–8 cycles of chemotherapy; 4.An average daily sedentary time of >=7 hours, as assessed at baseline (the threshold was based on the reported association between sedentary time and all-cause mortality). 5.Clinically stable and able to ambulate independently without assistance; 6.Normal cognitive function and no significant communication impairment. 7.Aware of their diagnosis and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with end-stage breast cancer, including those with extensive lymph node metastases or an expected survival of <1 year. 2.Concurrent malignancies at other sites. 3.Severe cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, or other serious comorbidities. 4.Current participation in another clinical study.
