Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with neurosurgical diseases by imaging examinations (CT or MRI), scheduled for elective surgery with a definite surgical plan; 2.Stable condition and clear consciousness; 3.Meeting the screening criteria for populations with oral frailty; 4.Aged >= 45 years; 5.Voluntarily participating in this study and signing the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with orofacial nerve dysfunction caused by Parkinson’s disease, Guillain-Barré syndrome and other diseases; 2.Patients complicated with cognitive impairment or severe mental disorders; 3.Patients with severe visual, auditory or verbal communication disorders; 4.Patients with incomplete or incorrect data that cannot be supplemented or corrected, which may affect outcome analysis.
