Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-75 years; 2. Those who have implanted at least one implant in our department and have undergone crown or bridge repair; 3. The jaw position relationship is basically normal. ,"1.""2.","?""?""(1)""(2)".:"="">=","="""">","= 6 mm; 3. Radiographic examination shows that the most coronal bone level around the implant is >= 3 mm from the implant platform. Diagnostic Criteria for Peri-implant Health All of the following conditions must be met: 1. No clinical signs of inflammation; 2. Mild probing shows no bleeding or pus; 3. No increase in probing depth compared to previous examinations; 4. No additional bone loss beyond changes caused by initial bone remodeling; 5. A single bleeding spot around the implant is allowed (referencing the ID-COSM 2023 consensus update).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases, including but not limited to diabetes mellitus (HbA1c > 7%), uncontrolled hypertension, immunodeficiency disorders, or chronic use of glucocorticoids or immunosuppressants; 2. Patients received periodontal or implant periodontal treatment within 3 months; 3. Patients who have taken antibiotics and microecological preparations within 4 weeks; 4. Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding; 5. Patients smoking =10 cigarettes per day; 6. Patients with other active infectious lesions in the oral cavity.
