6 Years to 15 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 6-15 years old; 2.Cyclopentolate Hydrochloride Eye Drops 1%(Cyclopentone), 1 drop each time, 3 times in total, with pupil diameter greater than 3mm; 3.Consent and cooperation with myopia vision, slit lamp, fundus examination and automatic computer refraction after cycloplegia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Strabismus (manifest strabismus); 2.Any organic eye disease, such as cataracts, ptosis, or abnormal macular development; 3.Associated with intracranial disease; 4.History of eye surgery; 5.Severe adverse reactions occurred after using cyclopentolate; 6.Unable to cooperate with examinations during the research process;
