Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnostic criteria for diabetes set by the WHO, one of the following conditions must be met: fasting plasma glucose >= 7.0 mmol/L, or 2-hour plasma glucose value after the 75g glucose tolerance test (OGTT) >= 11.1 mmol/L; 2. Meeting the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia proposed by the Asian Working Group for Sarcopenia in 2019, and simultaneously meeting the following conditions: decreased skeletal muscle mass: male skeletal muscle mass index (SMI) = 25%, female PBF >= 30%; diagnosed with central obesity: male waist circumference >= 85 cm, female >= 80 cm; 4. Age 40-80 years old, gender not limited; 5. No limb disability, muscle strength >= 3 grades; stable condition, cardiac function 1-2 grades; 6. Clear consciousness, able to communicate effectively, and able to actively cooperate with training; 7. Informed consent and voluntary participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Including other serious diseases: such as severe lung diseases, severe damage to organs like liver, brain, and kidney, malignant tumors, etc.; 2. Patients with contraindications for exercise; 3. Those with limb movement disorders, cognitive impairments and mental abnormalities; 4. Those with bone and joint diseases in the lower limbs that affect movement, such as osteoarthritis, joint replacements, fractures, etc.; 5. Those who are simultaneously participating in other intervention project studies.
