Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with CRS and CRSwNP in accordance with the EPOS 2020 guidelines, confirmed by medical history, clinical examination, nasal endoscopy, and computed tomography (CT), and who concurrently satisfy the Chinese eligibility criteria for biologic therapy in chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients were excluded if they met any of the following criteria: age < 18 years; 2.pregnancy; 3.malignancy; 4.immune disorders; 5.use of antibiotics or systemic/topical intranasal corticosteroids within 4 weeks prior to enrollment; 6.or a history of cystic fibrosis, immunocompromised conditions, autoimmune diseases, or primary mucociliary dysfunction.
