Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with primary laryngeal cancer or pharyngeal cancer for the first time and undergoing organ conserving surgery for treatment; 2.Postoperative pathology confirmed squamous cell carcinoma; 3.Available CT enhanced scan images within one month prior to surgery;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative CT enhanced imaging is unavailable or there are severe artifacts, which affect lesion segmentation and feature extraction; 2.The tumor volume is too small to perform reliable radiomics feature extraction; 3.Received radiation therapy before surgery; 4.There was already distant metastasis before surgery; 5.Merge with other malignant tumors; 6.Patients undergoing total laryngectomy or non-surgical treatment.
