Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 1 month <= age <= 3 years; 2. Undergoing cardiac surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I–IV level; 4. Written informed consent is available.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.stage 5 chronic kidney disease (requiring renal replacement therapy or estimated glomerular filtration rate [eGFR] < 15 mL/min/1.73 m²; 2.congenital renal malformations; 3.surgery involving deep hypothermic circulatory arrest; 4.missing key data, including preoperative SCr values within 7 days and intraoperative DO2i parameters; 5.participating in other conflicted studies;
