Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All Out-of-hospital Cardiac Arrest (OHCA) patients who were received treatment by emergency medical service(EMS) and underwent resuscitation (chest compression or defibrillation). 2. When the pre-hospital emergency system received the patients, their hearts had already been restored to normal rhythm by bystanders through defibrillation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected cardiac arrest assessed by bystanders whose return of spontaneous circulation was achieved without the need for defibrillation or EMS personnel cardiopulmonary resuscitation 2. The patient's nationality was that of a foreigner. 3. The discharged patient was sent home by 120. 4. The patient's family drove the patient to the hospital emergency department by themselves.
