Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for type 1 diabetes issued by WHO (1999) or CDS (2020); 2. Individuals with no less than 2 annual follow-up records at Guangdong Second Provincial General Hospital between January 2015 and December 2025, with an interval of no less than 12 months; 3. Complete baseline data including age of onset, disease course and basic medication regimens.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary diabetes, monogenic diabetes or gestational diabetes; 2. Patients complicated with malignant tumors, severe infections or end-stage organ failure that severely interfere with metabolic indicators; 3. Patients with a missing rate of key follow-up data such as HbA1c exceeding 50% which cannot be supplemented via medical records.
